Mini Smart Self-Balancing Scooter Review 2018
Ameritoy has bought out its own version of the self-balancing scooter. With such a high rating on Amazon, we had to give this one a try. Ameritoy has opted to create a more powerful hoverboard; and it is by far one of the most powerful we have seen.

It didn’t take us long to decide we didn’t like this self-balancing scooter. At first, we were impressed with its overall power, but it lacks the stability to keep you going forward. Compared to the other hoverboards we have tested, this one had a ton of power, acceleration and torque but has some annoying quirks.
Powerful – Ameritoy has brought us the most powerful scooter we have seen yet. Out of all the scooters we have tried, this one tops out for speed, acceleration and torque.
Useful life – Five months and counting of consistent use has not seen any decrease in power. Most motors slowly burn out over time but this one has kept up its power.
Odd Quirks – At higher speeds, the forward motion is not straight. Our unit makes little motions to the left or right unpredictably. This can make it nearly impossible to stay on the unit at higher speeds.
Scary – All of us were afraid to take this above more than a few miles per hour. The lack of stability and random side movements make this one super easy to fall off. If you plan on using this to roll around the park or replace walking for greater distances, we do not recommend it.
Overall Opinion: 1 Star, Skip It
