Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table Review 2018
Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table relieves pressure on the ligaments of spinal cord and nerve roots as it counteracts the gravity forces on your body through spine decompression and elongation. It relaxes your back muscles supporting the vertebrae as well. When your back is relaxed, the rest of the body relaxes too.
By adding the Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table in your routine for just ten minutes a day, the gravity’s negative effects on your body are reversed. As the pressure on your back is relieved, your posture and blood circulation are improved so you’ll get relief from back pain, stress and muscle aches.
Equipped with a deluxe dual pin system, this Body Max inversion table can be quickly adjusted so you can find the correct position within 4’8” to 6’3” height range. Using it is relatively easy: after resting your body against the table’s pad and locking your feet behind the ankle supports, just reach your arms over your head. While your arms are on its way up, the body gradually inverts until it’s close to complete inversion. The gravity itself and your own energy are the only inputs in this inversion process.
Body Max IT6000 features a lower pull pin loaded with spring for easily adjusting the ankles, U-shaped handrails, four safe and comfortable foam rollers, a safety strap for you to control your inverting angles and a safety lock to keep the table in place when not in use. It also folds for ease of storage and accommodates any user with 250 pounds of body weight.

Body Max IT6000 Inversion Table Reviews
Nearly a hundred users have shared their experiences with Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table. Satisfied customers reported that the table is sturdy, comfortable and easily adjustable. It is easy to set the ankle and table length to the right fitting. The thick ankle pads are padded enough to so you can relax your feet and ankles while inverting.
For storage, it is nice to be able to simply fold the entire table up to move to another room. You will feel a loosening of tension in your back, neck and muscles. This gravity inversion table is fairly easy to assemble and works as expected. The balance is good and it is easy to move your body into an inverted position.
The Body Max IT6000 can be adjusted to any height and position and performs as advertised. The adjustments are simple to do when changing users and folds for storage to save space. Assembly was pretty easy, the bolts are already in the holes they go in, so that saves time looking to see which one you need
Few users were not so happy with this table though. The Body Max inversion table does let you hang upside down but it doesn’t go all the way back on its own so you have to kind of crawl backward like an assisted handstand. It doesn’t lock into inverted position.
Another drawback is that it doesn’t have locking options for inversion in different angles which means that the whole time you are inverted on an angle, your whole weight pulls on a belt that is attached on bottom of the table. You have to be able to bend down to your ankle area to set the ankle holds so you can invert. It is difficult or impossible to use if you have back trouble and do not have someone to help you adjust the machine.
Despite the few drawbacks for Body Max IT6000 Inversion Therapy Table as reported by few of its owners, majority of the reviewers were enthusiastic about this product so it got an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars. Overall, it is well-constructed, very sturdy, and easy to assemble. Extremely easy to use, it is stable and nicely adjustable for different heights. This inversion table is the closest thing to standing on your head without actually being proficient in Yoga.
