DeLonghi EN670.B Nespresso Lattissima Single-Serve Espresso Machine Review 2018
The DeLonghi EN670.B Nespresso Lattissima single-serve espresso machine brews single servings of cafe beverages using Nespresso espresso capsules. After use the used capsule is easily ejected for disposal. The milk frothing system will help complete the preparation of cappuccinos and lattes and is detachable. There is also a self cleaning feature which works well when there is little access or time to clean by hand.
There are multiple options that allow the user to tailor each drink to their taste that include strength of flavor, added froth and milk or foam. And making multiple cups is quick and easy with just the switch of a capsule.

DeLonghi EN670.B Nespresso Lattissima Single-Serve Espresso Machine Reviews
“Expensive, but worth it”
Generally speaking, opinions on the DeLonghi EN670.B Nespresso Lattissima single-serve espresso machine are positive, but there are some minor grumbles.
One common issue reported with this model has to do with the temperature of the milk dispensed from the machine while putting the last touches into a single serving to make a cappuccino or latte. Although heated to a warm temperature, the milk is not hot like one might expect from a coffee maker. And it’s important to note that another common complaint is that the frother is difficult to manipulate properly. Fitting it back into place can be complicated. But when it does work correctly the froth produced is creamy.
Some tips for a better result from the milk dispenser include running the cleaning mode first to heat up the unit overall which in turn will often produce the milk at a more appropriate temperature. Another trick is to microwave the milk before adding it to the machine but results were not always favorable, and really that shouldn’t be necessary for a premium espresso maker like this.
Don’t need milk for your coffee maker? No problems then!
Unfortunately there were also issues found when it came to the size of the cup being used for the final result. Any mug or cup used that has an unusually large diameter (more than three inches) will be a problem, even though this unit is advertised as adjustable. There are limits, but this is a common problem with many espresso makers.
One buyer mentioned that the manual that comes with each unit is clear and includes graphics to better help explain the proper use and care of the machine. It is always suggested that upon preparation of the first cup that the manual be read two to three times for better instruction – for any espresso maker.
Another price-conscious customer was keen to point out the reasonable cost of making coffee with this DeLonghi.
“When investing in the DeLonghi EN670.B Nespresso Lattissima single-serve espresso maker it is important to keep in mind the cost of operation at 51 cents a cup. This includes the cost of the coffee capsules.”
Another point that may cause issues is the inability to use any prepared capsules other than Nespresso capsules. The unit simply isn’t designed for use with other brand capsules. Any other will not fit properly into the machine properly and therefore will not brew properly either.
When all is said and done the DeLonghi EN670.B Nespresso Lattissima single-serve espresso maker does brew a very flavorful beverage but there may be disappointments with any that require milk. But at the low cost per cup the avid coffee enthusiast can save a marked amount of money.
